Silentium Defence has announced the appointment of Graeme Nayler as Chief Strategy Officer for the company.
Graeme joins Silentium Defence direct from Babcock where he was most recently Executive Director Strategy & Future Business.
Prior to that, he spent 15 years with the RAAF including time as a Navigator on P-3 Orion’s and another 9 years with Nova Systems.
Graeme brings a wealth of experience in shaping business strategy, growing businesses and driving business development, including team and company leadership.
The Chief Strategy Officer role, reporting direct to Silentium Defence CEO, Dr James Palmer, will see Graeme apply this expertise to oversee Silentium’s revenue growth including strategic market planning and generating new business and opportunities.

Other recent appointments to the Silentium Defence team include our new Embedded Engineer and Hardware Technician, both bringing depth of experience and expanded capability to the team.
